What is the AI Business Maturity Model?
The AI Business Maturity Model™ (AIBMM™) is a structured framework designed to help Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs) systematically assess, develop, and certify their artificial intelligence capabilities. It provides a clear roadmap for businesses at any stage of their AI journey.
This model illustrates the journey from passive consumption to active, physical integration. As you move through the stages, the volume of manual human effort decreases, while the value and autonomy of the AI increase. The critical shift across the levels is the transition from "humans working hard using AI tools" to "humans managing AI systems that do the work."
